My personality type is an ESFJ. ESFJ are kind, smart, and detailed workers. We are concerned about other peoples feelings more than our own. ESFJ take pride and their work and appreciate praise and compliments. I think my personality type fits me right on. For example ESFJ are organized people and  we get our work done on time and that describes me perfectly!
  Whenever I participate in group settings I mostly try to be the lead role. I work well and cooperate with my other group members. If my role in the group is not the leadership role then I still tend to participate as much as I can.                  
   However, sometimes my mom misunderstands me because I try to boss my little brother around. My personality sometimes clashes with my family because we are all very loud and we try to talk over each other most of the time. For example my brothers and I's personality  clash because he isn't very organized and I am.

1st Semester Reflection

This year I gained many strengths. Some of my strengths include project management, cooperation, and leadership. I have strong project management because I get my assignments done on time and they are quality packages. My cooperation skills are strong too because I communicate well with Haley and calm her down when she's stressed out. I have great leadership skills because I can lead people without being bossy. Also my leadership skills have helped me finish my work on time and work well with others. However, I have a few weaknesses like staying on task and being proactive. My plan to become more proactive is by helping out with more things after school and helping set up the broadcast. I will also sit in on the game day broadcasts and learn how to work the equipment. I will stay on task by working on my portfolio and my blogs. Overall this semester was very successful. I learned how to work well with others and what it takes to be a strong leader. Saul Bass Poster

This is my own Saul Bass based poster. I decided to create my poster using Snow White. For this project you need to have 2-3 elements and 2-3 other colors beside black and white. Though out  creating this picture I learned how to image trace and create a silhouette. In my poster the 2 elements I'm using are snow white and the apple. I chose those 2 elements because they are pretty important to the movie. The reason I chose red was because it balanced the white and the black.
