In this project we had to use the 6 shot system but in two different places. We had to film our partner in one place doing a hobby, and then film them again in different place doing a different hobby. I learned that you want to film the shot more than once just in case the first one wasn’t good. I also learned that it is important to frame the shot correctly so that you don’t have to guess what the shot is. Collaboration is working together with a group cooperatively, this applied to my project because we had to film with a partner and it was very important that we got a long well. We constantly had to talk to our partner about what shot we need to do or how to frame it correctly. For my next I will still work cooperatively and use the 6 shot system. 

The Six shots in the Six Sot System are extra close up, close up, medium shot, wide shot, extra wide shot, and over the shoulder.   An Extra Close up shot is a close up of your hands. A Close up is a shot of the face; a medium shot is a shot from the hips up. For a wide shot you show the entire person, but not the entire scene. An over the shoulder shot. During this project I learned that it’s important to not put wide shots back to back in your video. I also learned that you should mix up your shots and not shoot the same shot every time. For future reference I will mix up my shots and not put wide shots back to back. I will also work on framing my shots better. Next time I could also be more creative with my shots and frames. Overall this project was a great learning experience.

    To create my Highlight video  I used final cut pro. While creating my video I used different tools. Some tools I used include the blade tool, transitions, and the arrow tool. The blade tool trims your video. The transition tool puts transitions between your videos. the arrow tool is the selection tool and it helps you select the correct things you want in your video.     I chose softball for my highlight video because its important to me. Softball is important to me because I have been around it my whole life. I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old and I thought it would be a good idea to share with everyone my favorite sport.
