This year I gained many strengths. Some of my strengths include project management, cooperation, and leadership. I have strong project management because I get my assignments done on time and they are quality packages. My cooperation skills are strong too because I communicate well with Haley and calm her down when she's stressed out. I have great leadership skills because I can lead people without being bossy. Also my leadership skills have helped me finish my work on time and work well with others. However, I have a few weaknesses like staying on task and being proactive. My plan to become more proactive is by helping out with more things after school and helping set up the broadcast. I will also sit in on the game day broadcasts and learn how to work the equipment. I watched an interview about  a teen boy that gives back . This boy was diagnosed with a brain tumor at a young age and from his bad experiences he wants to give back now.  Lewis created an organization called friend finder for young kids in the hospital. This organization helps kids in who have been hospitalized find and keep friends. Now he is putting on a prom with his organization. They anchors had a some things they need to work on. They were too busy thinking about the next question instead of asking follow up questions. Also they had a problem with interrupting him before he was done speaking. Overall they did very well with the interview. I think they have an easier time interviewing children because their parents answer most of the questions and the question they ask are a lot simpler. In my interviews I will try to engage more with my subjects. I will also try to give more background information so the audience will know why I chose to interview this person ...

For this weeks blog I watched a story about  an Adorable young boy gets a special Christmas . This little boy has taken the internet by storm when he posted a cute video of himself on his moms Facebook. He has appeared on Ellen and interviewed by Kris Jenner and Ryan Seacrest. He surprised everyone with his vast knowledge on dinosaurs. The anchors did a really cool thing by bringing his toys on the show so he could show off his skills. I also liked how they were really engaged in what he was talking about. They also used the 5 W's when interviewing him. Also they gave a lot of background informations so the audience knew what was going on. Overall they did very well with the interview. This week I improved on correcting the audio levels in my packages. I also fixed the color in my interviews. My voice overs also dramatically improved this year and instead of repeating what the person says I'm actually leading into the interview.

I watched a video over  the most beautiful kids in the world . This news package discusses the struggle about being the most beautiful kids in the world. The anchors discussed the toll it takes on the children and the families. In the package the anchors go into great detail about their tough times and the success they have now.
